Frequently Asked Questions
How can I easily organise an educational school trip with minimal preparation?
Organising an educational school trip with Qugato is surprisingly straightforward. You choose a city, request a quote, and receive everything you need: login codes, the invoice, and a concise guide.
On the chosen date, students can start the activity themselves at any convenient time, without needing a guide or complex advance planning. This means you can arrange a complete, engaging, and educational outing in less than an hour of preparation time.
Do teachers need to join the game?
Teachers are not required to play, but they are certainly welcome to join in! Many schools find it fun when teachers form their own team alongside the students.
What happens if it rains heavily or storms?
The challenge can be started or paused at any time on the booked day. This means students can easily take shelter during a sudden shower. If a storm or continuous rain is forecast for the whole day, you can always reschedule the activity in advance to an alternative date.
Is a city challenge a genuinely educational school trip?
Absolutely. The challenges encourage teamwork, problem-solving and orientation skills. Our teacher guide also includes curriculum links with history, geography, and citizenship, making it a truly valuable learning experience outside the classroom.
How far in advance should we book?
We prefer bookings to be made at least 2 days in advance. To guarantee availability, especially for large groups, we advise booking as soon as your date is confirmed. We reserve a maximum of one large group per city game per session (e.g., morning/afternoon).
Make your next school trip unforgettable
Let your students learn, laugh, and discover together with Qugato. Our educational city games combine teamwork, healthy competition, and fun into one memorable learning experience that sticks with them long after the trip is over.
Easy to organise, affordable, curriculum-friendly, and most importantly: fun!
