Change the date of your booking

Change of plans? You can reschedule your city game for free in just a few steps:

Step 1: Enter your order number and email address, then click Find my booking.
You can find your order number in the confirmation email you received after booking. It’s a 5- or 6-digit number that looks like this: #12345 (just enter the numbers, without the #). 

Step 2: Select the game whose play date you want to change and choose your new preferred date.

Step 3: Click Confirm new date to submit the change.

After submitting, you’ll see a confirmation on the page and receive an email with the updated play date. You’re all set to enjoy the game on your new date.

Need to reschedule again later?
No problem, you can update your date as often as needed within 2 years after your initial booking.
