How do I redeem a City Detective voucher?

Do you have a voucher for a City Detective city game from Qugato? You’re just a few steps away from a brilliant day out in a city of your choice. Simply enter your voucher code at checkout under ‘Do you have a voucher or discount code’. You’ll then receive your login details and game instructions within 10 minutes by email.

Follow these steps to redeem your voucher:

1. Choose your city
   Click on a city in the map below where you’d like to play and click ‘Tickets and info’.
2. Choose the right team ticket
   Select the same number of players per team as stated on your voucher (up to 2, up to 4, or up to 6 people), choose your preferred playing date, and click ‘Book now’.
3. Review your order
   Check your order summary and click ‘Proceed to checkout’.
4. Complete your order
   Fill in your details and enter your voucher code under ‘Do you have a voucher or discount code?’. You’ll find this below the order summary. Then click ‘Go to payment’. You’ll receive your login details by email within 10 minutes
5. Start the game whenever you like
   On your chosen date, you can begin at any time. There’s no fixed start time or starting location.

• Vouchers can be redeemed once for one City Detective team ticket of your choice.
• After booking your city game, you can change the playing date as many times as you like within 2 years.
• This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts or promotions.
