How do I use my Albert Heijn e-ticket?

You’ve received an e-ticket from Albert Heijn. You can redeem this ticket on our website for the city game of your choice. Simply enter the code of the e-ticket during checkout under “Do you have a voucher or discount code?” and you’ll receive your login details and game instructions by email straight away.
Follow these steps to redeem your e-ticket:
- Click on the city where you’d like to play using the map below. Then click “Tickets & Info”, select your preferred date, and choose “Book now”.
- At the checkout, enter the code of your e-ticket under “Do you have a voucher or discount code?”, and click “Apply”.
- Complete your booking. Your login details and game instructions will be sent to you by email right after.
Good to know:
- The Albert Heijn e-ticket is valid until 31 March 2026.
- Each e-ticket is valid for one team ticket (up to 6 players) for a city game of your choice.
- After booking, you can reschedule your game as many times as needed within 2 years of your original purchase, simply via the Qugato website.
- This offer cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
