How do I redeem my Albert Heijn e-ticket?

Your Albert Heijn e-tickets give you access to two of our City Detective city games. Both tickets must be redeemed in a single order on our website. Simply enter your e-ticket codes at checkout under ‘Do you have a voucher or discount code?’ You’ll then receive your login details and game instructions by email within 10 minutes.
Follow these steps to redeem your e-ticket:
- Choose your city
Click on a city in the map below where you’d like to play, then select ‘Info & tickets’. - Book your tickets
Book two City Detective city games in the city (or cities) of your choice. Select the same group size as shown on your voucher (up to 2, up to 4, or up to 6 people per team), choose your preferred date, and click ‘Book now’.
Please note:
Add both tickets to your basket in the same order. Each ticket is valid for one team of 2 to 6 people. You choose how to use your second ticket: a second team in the same city, or a different city on a different date. Entirely up to you.
- Apply your voucher codes
At checkout, enter your unique voucher codes in the ‘Do you have a voucher or discount code?’ field. Click ‘Apply’ after each code before adding the next. - Complete your booking
Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email within 10 minutes containing the login details for both tickets. - Start whenever and wherever you like
On your booked date, begin the game whenever you’re ready. There’s no fixed starting point, you can kick things off from anywhere in the city centre.
Good to know:
- Albert Heijn e-tickets are valid until 31 March 2027.
- Each ticket can be redeemed once for a City Detective city game of your choice.
- After booking, you can change your playing date as many times as you like within 2 years. Please note that the city / game cannot be changed once booked.
- This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotions.
- Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or any other products or services.
