Do you have a Bongo or Smartbox gift card? Easily exchange it for one or more vouchers for our city games! Follow the steps below and get ready for an adventure in the city.

How Does It Work?

  1. Enter Your Details
    Fill in the details of your Bongo or Smartbox gift card in the form below. This allows us to verify your gift card and convert it into a voucher for our city games.Β Β 
  2. Verification of Your Gift Card
    Once you have submitted the form, we will manually verify your Bongo or Smartbox gift card. This process may take up to 48 hours. After verification, we will email you with your personal voucher(s).Β 
  3. Choose Your City Game
    Once you receive your voucher(s), you can book a city game of your choice on our website.

Things to Know

  1. Our vouchers are valid for 2 years.
  2. Book a city game in the city of your choice. Click here to see all available locations.
  3. Start, pause, and resume the city game whenever you like.
